Elephant in the mist

NORTHERN THAILAND â€Ē WELFARE FIRST

Elephant Freedom Sanctuary

A place where rescued giants roam free. Observation, not exploitation. Sincerity, not a show.

Our Ethical Principles

ðŸšŦ

No Riding Policy

We strictly prohibit riding, chains, and forced performances. Our mission is to grant elephants absolute freedom.

ðŸŒģ

Natural Habitat

Elephants roam freely across vast jungle territories. You observe them as they follow their natural routines: eating, sleeping, and socializing.

ðŸĐš

Continuous Care

Every elephant is under 24/7 veterinary supervision. Your funds go directly towards their treatment, nutrition, and well-being.

Our Residents: Stories of Rescue

Every animal in our sanctuary has a history. Here, they have found peace and tranquility.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Is it allowed to touch or bathe the elephants? +

Our focus is strictly on **observation and respect** for natural behavior. We allow supervised feeding of treats, but direct touching, bathing, or riding is strictly prohibited to ensure the elephants remain stress-free and wild at heart.

Where does my money go? +

100% of the visitor fees are reinvested into the sanctuary. This covers veterinary care, purchase of fresh food (elephants eat over 150kg daily), land maintenance, and salaries for our dedicated mahouts and staff.

What should I bring? +

Please bring sunscreen, insect repellent, a hat, comfortable walking shoes, and a refillable water bottle. We are an eco-friendly park and encourage minimal waste.
